Visual aids (slides, posters, diagrams) should support your message, not replace it—read from slides. Design principles: one idea per slide, large readable text, relevant visuals, minimal text. Managing anxiety: preparation is the best cure; deep breathing before speaking; focus on your message, not yourself. After presenting, invite questions and listen carefully before responding—it is part of the presentation.
