1. Acceptance

By using StudySpine you agree to these terms. If you are a child, an adult parent, guardian, or school must agree on your behalf and supervise your use.

2. Use of the service

StudySpine provides K-12 curriculum content, practice assessments, and an optional AI tutor for personal, educational, non-commercial use. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate the law or the rights of others.

3. The AI tutor

The AI tutor generates explanations automatically and can be wrong. Treat its output as a study aid, not authoritative instruction, and verify important information. Do not enter personal details into the tutor. Use of the tutor by a child requires parent or guardian consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and our COPPA and FERPA commitments. It is part of these terms.

5. Content

Curriculum and assessment content is provided for educational purposes. We aim for accuracy but make no warranty that content is error-free or suitable for any specific requirement.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, StudySpine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
